Art brut or rough/raw art was created by Jean Dubuffet around 1950. He was inspired by the drawings of children and mentally disabled people and also by graffities and posters.
The images show the walls of Csepel Művek, a former industrial district of Budapest, as it was transformed by people pushed to the periphery of society.
